If you have a passion to be in a sales role and are looking for the opportunity to learn from the ground up as part of a high achieving, progressive team of sales and marketing professionals, working for a leading supplier in the industry, then joining our new Corporate Office, based at Birtinya could be your next move.

This role is designed to suit a University graduate in a Business, Commerce, Economics or Agricultural Science discipline, with a desire to work in the Agribusiness industry and who is motivated to learn the sales process and provide support to a sales team who sell food solutions globally, including fine quality, grain fed Australian Beef.

As a graduate, this role will offer full coaching and mentoring by experienced senior sales professionals, designed to build a solid career foundation for future progression into selling and managing your own accounts.

You will bring to this role:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a Business, Commerce, Economics or Agricultural Science discipline, supported by an understanding of Agribusiness;
  • Advanced Excel and software systems expertise, which is flexible to work across several platforms concurrently;
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated customer service, which builds rapport and relationships easily;
  • Solutions focus and consistent ability to follow through;
  • Evidence of strong ethics and trade practices, supported by a practical, can-do attitude;
  • Proven ability to critically analyse data and make informed decisions based on that analysis;
  • Attention to detail and time management skills; and
  • Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation to continually learn and deliver outcomes.

Reporting directly into the Branded Beef team with exposure and the ability to move across the global Sales and Marketing team, this role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their career in a growing team.
