Operations Analysts

We are seeking smart Operations Analysts who can analyse and organise data, turning it into information that tells a story to help us transform our business. This role works closely with the Planning, Production Operations, QA and IT teams to improve plan attainment and yield, create and lead focused improvement projects. This is newly created role with high exposure to the wider business and an excellent platform for career growth.



Our ideal candidate:

  • Experience, preferably within a food or FMCG manufacturing environment
  • Abattoir/Boning room experience be highly desirable
  • Experience using a causal-analysis approach to problem solving
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset
  • Determination to only seek and rely on facts and develop insights from these
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Effective communicator with all stakeholders
  • Possess the ability to clearly present findings to assist in the change management process to drive efficiencies
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite including advanced Excel 
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, initiative, time management and follow through
