Reporting to the Head of HR and leading teams, this role is for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to manage the Workforce Planning Department through a broad range of proactive strategies and activities, including sourcing, recruitment and selection, and onboarding. Partnering with senior leadership and HR Business Partners to support operations to deliver workforce requirements now and into the future. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to create a recruitment strategy that delivers solutions in line with best practice
  • Support the delivery of Kilcoy Global Foods and HR strategy by leading end to end recruitment and retention activities
  • Define, implement and execute of end to end recruitment strategy, policies, processes, methods and tools
  • Partner with leaders to determine current staffing needs, forecast requirements and assist with strategies to ensure adequate resourcing
  • Building strong partnerships with recruitment agencies and other vendors
  • Leverage technology to digitise and automate recruitment processes
  • Build employer brand through the development of an EVP by marketing of culture and working benefits.
  • Effective market mapping to identify top talent within the industry, building a strong pipeline of passive talent.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to leaders to equip them with the skills and ability to use best practice interview and selection techniques.
  • Review and analyse new starters, turnover, retention, exit data to provide reliable HR information to senior management and the HR team that can drive effective change in the business
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new hires
  • Ensure recruitment is aligned to business strategy, capability required, budget, and headcount
  • Provide timely metrics, statistics, analysis and reporting
  • Lead and coach the Talent Acquisition team
  • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment practices
  • Ensure exceptional customer service



To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 7+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management (essential)
  • Proven track record leading a Talent Acquisition team and developing a Talent Strategy
  • Able to display excellent judgement, drive, and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills
  • Experience in leading employment branding initiatives to bring EVP to life
  • Demonstrated experience in line with key competencies
  • Proven collaborative, customer focus that develops practical solutions
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliverables to expected timeframes
  • Commercial acumen
