We are seeking proactive, organised and passionate people to join our Tutoring teams.



  • Deliver appropriate training and assessments according to KGF work instructions
  • Deliver site floor inductions for new or transferring employees
  • Manage administration associated with the tutoring role
  • Ensure compliance with KGF work instructions, policies and procedures
  • Assist with any changes to our work instructions and policies for the relevant area of the site
  • Spend time with new and existing employees, and make regular checks on our new employees
  • Attend joint tutor and Workforce Development meetings
  • Assist in developing new work instructions
  • Keep training materials up to date at all times   


You will need:

  • Training experience in a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge and leadership of workplace health and safety requirements, HACCAP and QA procedures
  • A solutions focus and ability to follow through
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach to communication with all stakeholders
  • Great verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A motivated and enthusiastic disposition, and be a team player
  • Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
