We partner with the world’s food industry to find new and better ways to source; prepare and serve delicious meat and seafood the world loves to eat.  We believe our winning culture stems from the quality of our people and the contribution they make to Kilcoy Global Foods every day.  Our Australian operation located in Kilcoy, (one hour north-west of Brisbane) is the largest Grain Fed Beef Producer in Australia and our corporate office is based in Birtinya.


We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic customer service expert to be an integral part of our Food Solutions business that is gaining traction and looking to expand its range and footprint in the Australian market.

This exciting opportunity will see you as a fundamental contributor, involved in the grassroots of our Food Solutions business and its successes, and provide valuable customer service to our customers.

Whilst the role will initially be based in our Birtinya office on the beautiful Sunshine Coast the potential for new facilities somewhere between Brisbane and the current office is on the horizon with plenty of future career progression opportunities.


  • Providing phone and email customer support
  • Highlight customer concerns, common product issues and other repeated queries to management to ensure proactive actions are put in place
  • Act as brand and product ambassador
  • Educate, empower, and inspire our customers about our brands and products
  • Create and update shipping orders, sales order amendments, stock availability and specifications
  • Data entry
  • Keep a breadth of future products and promote them when possible to customers
  • Identity potential sales opportunities in liaison with the sales team 


To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the following experience and qualifications:

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience within an FMCG business highly regarded
  • Administration experience – fast and accurate data entry skills in ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Forward thinking and able to seek solutions for our customers
  • Ability to understand business needs from both a financial and operational perspective
