THE OPPORTUNITY

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic customer service expert to be an integral part of our Food Solutions business that is gaining traction and looking to expand its range and footprint in the Australian market.

This exciting opportunity will see you as a fundamental contributor, involved in the grassroots of our Food Solutions business and its successes, and provide valuable customer service to our customers.

Whilst the role will initially be based in our Birtinya office on the beautiful Sunshine Coast the potential for new facilities somewhere between Brisbane and the current office is on the horizon with plenty of future career progression opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing phone and email customer support
  • Highlight customer concerns, common product issues and other repeated queries to management to ensure proactive actions are put in place
  • Act as brand and product ambassador
  • Educate, empower, and inspire our customers about our brands and products
  • Create and update shipping orders, sales order amendments, stock availability and specifications
  • Data entry
  • Keep a breadth of future products and promote them when possible to customers
  • Identity potential sales opportunities in liaison with the sales team 

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the following experience and qualifications:

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience within an FMCG business highly regarded
  • Administration experience – fast and accurate data entry skills in ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Forward thinking and able to seek solutions for our customers
  • Ability to understand business needs from both a financial and operational perspective

Additionally, we are looking for a person that enjoys working through challenges, someone who takes ownership and advocates for our customers, someone that finds opportunity and alternative solutions to problems, and most importantly someone that embraces the products and brands we represent and translate that excitement to customers.
