  • Full-time (based in Kilcoy, but option to work at Sunshine Coast 1-2 days/week)

Join our HR team and support the continuous learning and development of our high-performance workforce. We are currently seeking a proactive, organised and passionate L&D Coordinator to partner with Operations and deliver to the overall organisational goals. This role will also be responsible for leading the transition from manual, paper-based and transactional processes to become automated, online and systemised.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Maintain up to date training records for QA, Safety and Auditing purposes
  • Coordinate and manage Compliance training to ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • Manage training requests to ensure alignment with organisation needs
  • Oversee management of up to 400 Work Instructions across the business
  • Coordinate and deliver weekly induction program
  • Evaluate, develop and implement a Learning Management System
  • Design and deliver a range of face-to-face, online and self-paced development programs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers; understanding their business and learning needs
  • Undertake training needs analysis activities and provide recommendations to the business on L&D requirements
  • Partner with Operational Teams to build a sustainable Skills Matrix and reporting tools to add value in multi-skilling, succession and replacement planning processes
  • Support the development and delivery of Individual Development Planning processes
  • Develop and report on L&D activities to inform operational decision-making

Our ideal candidate:

  • L&D experience in a high performance, growth organisation, supported by Degree qualifications, preferably in HR, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
  • High volume manufacturing/processing industry experience would be an advantage
  • Experience implementing and managing learning management systems, as well as developing online content and managing e-learning platforms
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects to deadlines
  • High level interpersonal, communication, coaching, influencing, organisation, attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and other training database applications
