Kilcoy Pastoral Company Limited (KPC) is currently sourcing an experienced Tier 2/3 Help Desk Officer to join our growing ICT team in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment. This is a full-time position, working a lifestyle roster, (5days on and 5days off) on a block rotational 12 hour shift working days and nights.

The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Help Desk Supervisor and work in conjunction with other ICT Technical and Production support roles. The role will be responsible for providing predominantly tier 2/3 technical support, with flexibility to perform at tier 1 as required, to deliver to the needs of this rapidly paced working environment.
