Export Documentation Officer

The Position:

Kilcoy Pastoral Company Limited KPC is seeking an Export Documentation Officer to join our Corporate Administrative Department.

The position will be responsible for (but not limited to) the preparation of all relevant documents for shipment of export product, data entry and liaising with international customers, in a timely manner. Dependant on experience and skill-sets, the successful candidate may be required to be available to participate in a training program which may involve working an initial roster separate to the final roster arrangement.

The ideal candidate will bring;

  • Strong administrative experience and organisational skills. (experience in Export Docs, or similar role would be advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills, inclusive of maintaining customer relations, (verbal, written and email).
  • Proven excellent attention to detail (especially in terms of mass data entry) and ability to see tasks through to conclusion to scheduled deadlines
  • Demonstrated high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • An ability to plan, organise and control activities, to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Successful experiences of responsibility and accountability.
  • Promote and drive a positive customer service attitude.
  • An ability to work individually or as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude with numbers.
  • Have an Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
