Human Resources Administrator - Training and Recruitment

Kilcoy Pastoral Company Limited (KPC) is seeking a versatile individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment to undertake a range of administrative tasks to support our Workforce Planning and Development Team.

Due to ongoing growth and expansion a rare opportunity exists for a passionate Human Resources Graduate to use and develop your administration and organisational skills, to perform a variety of training/recruitment and administrative duties for our operational processing departments and associated areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Database entry and maintenance of employee information in the training system
  • Conducting training record audit to ensure compliance with company record keeping requirements
  • Assisting with the coordination of recruitment and selection activities
  • Assisting with coordination of Inductions and Pre-employment activities;
  • Maintaining  the company’s online application system (SCOUT TALENT);
  • Coordinate and assist with company housing requirements ie; house inspections, collating paperwork etc
  • Generating reports, maintaining spreadsheets and systems
  • Assisting in the planning, preparation and implementation of assigned HR projects and activities.
  • Providing backup support for HR team

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education/Training, or related area (highly regarded) or
  • Certificates in Business Administration (highly regarded) 
  • Strong administration skills
  • Knowledge of document management processes and systems for record management
  • Understand the importance of ethical and confidential behaviour
  • Proficient use in Microsoft application, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A customer service focused approach with a sincere and friendly attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt

This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate having either recently completed or be working towards completing a Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or a similar degree.
