Production Service Delivery Officer (IT)

Kilcoy Global Foods is a high end protein Food Solutions expert that supplies both domestic and international markets. KGF has successfully expanded its operations and footprint in recent years and boasts operational interests in Australia, North America and China.

KGF is seeking a Production Service Delivery Officer to join us in our ICT Department, this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start their IT career within KGF.

Key Responsibilities – Included but not limited to;

  • Printing, verification and delivery of Product labels to the Operations team,
  • Resolve any IT/Help Desk issues, as efficiently and effectively as possible,
  • Assisting or performing, Start-up/shutdown of operational IT equipment, as required,
  • Support the Help Desk team in a range of functions as required for the efficient operations and delivery of the Help Desk functions,
  • A keen interest in developing and delivering capabilities regarding Information Technology.

Roster;

  • Lifestyle roster
  • Day/Night rotating shift
  • 12hour shifts
  • 4am – 4pm/4pm – 4am

The ideal candidate will bring;

  • Previous experience within a cold stores/ logistics environment would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated administration experience with a focus on accuracy and developing /maintaining systems of work.
  • Demonstrated successful outcomes in a previous support role.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite - particularly Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of the 5S Lean Manufacturing Guide an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in support role.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and in written form.
  • Team player with organizational skills to prioritise multiple tasks to achieve deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
