Your future in food starts here | Systems Analyst – Supply Chain

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

 

Location Flexible: Birtinya | Bells Creek | Kilcoy | Kyneton

 

In this role, you will be the key support between IT and other KGF Department to evaluate, support and deliver configuration changes within the KGF ERP systems and propose modifications to meet user requirements. These changes are needed to support departments such as finance, warehousing, logistics and other parts of the business as needed.

 

YOUR RESPONSILBITIES

Transformation Delivery
•    Transformation project work as an expert resource for the Supply Chain scope.
•    Drive enhancements through the supply chain solutions to deliver business improvements. 
•    Maintain oversight on a backlog of enhancements / minor projects to support business unit objectives.  
•    Own and support “getfit” items in legacy environments to support ease of transition to the future ERP. 

IT Support 
•    Support IT operations escalations as a Level 2 / 3 support resource for the supply chain solutions.
•    Oversee the resolution of escalations / problems within IT Operations to support business partners.  
•    Support the upgrade and release process for ERP changes from the software development lifecycle.
•    Test configuration updates through the non-production systems and deploying functional solutions. 
•    Execute approved configuration changes, working with end users to confirm that the changes are meeting expectations. 
•    Manage and maintain the user security model for access to the ERP solutions. This includes defining security roles, managing user access to the roles and periodic auditing / review processes. 

Business Engagement
•    Identify scenarios that are configuration changes to support business activities. 
•    Apply project methodologies and techniques by investigating and analyzing to develop business processes. 
•    Take an active role in upskilling knowledge across the ERP environments

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

You will bring with you:

  • D365 Finance and Operations Business User understanding within the Supply Chain modules - essential.
  • Demonstrated technical experience within ERP for Supply Chain / Warehousing - essential.
  • Functional certification in D365 F&O Supply Chain / Warehousing preferred.
  • Technical mindset.
  • Broad understanding of an ERP and the functionality possible in the Supply Chain modules.
  • Verbal communication and presenting.
  • Influencing and educating.
  • Driving for results
