About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our organization as a Single Site Manufacturing IT Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all IT-related activities at our manufacturing facility including on-floor technology systems as well as networks and servers that support our manufacturing operations.
YOUR RESPONSILBITIES
The overseeing and managing all IT-related activities at our manufacturing facility. This includes on-floor technology systems as well as networks and servers that support our manufacturing operations.
Implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of on-floor technology systems, such as production monitoring systems, automated equipment, and data collection devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing processes and requirements, ensure that on-floor technology solutions align with operational needs.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to on-floor staff, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL
You will bring with you:
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, and related technologies.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and systems, such as SCADA, MES, and ERP.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Understanding of data security principles and best practices.
Experience implementing ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Qualifications required:
Prior Experience in similar role with certification considered.
