THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: We have five locations across Queensland and Victoria | we can discuss which one best suits you.

This opportunity will see you lead and evolve the Supply Chain operations and processes across Australia to enable the execution on commercial strategies and operational plans, which will help deliver to overall company objectives while achieving top and bottom-line growth. You will also review and lead implementation of supply chain process across the KGF Australia network.

YOUR RESPONSILBITIES

• Develop and implement the supply chain functional structure required to deliver the business an integrated process to the KFG network.
• Design the people capability plan that is required to execute.
• In collaboration with Business leaders, you will set the business operating rhythm through design and implementation of S&OP governance framework and processes.
• Develop and implement a freight and logistics strategy to optimise profitability and efficiency in line with business needs.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

You will bring with you:

• 10 years+ experience working in broad food concept development and innovation, ideally with exposure to primary/secondary meat processing or other fresh food related categories.
• Leadership experience in a high-performance environment.
• Demonstrated and proven success with commercial and/or operational strategy design and execution.  
• Proven experience with shipping, freight and export documentation.
• Presenting and engaging to/with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability and agility to engage and build relationships across the organisation, with customers, and external partners.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications, ideally an agribusiness, marketing, food science or commerce related degree.
