THE OPPORTUNITY

About the role

Preparation of products through cutting, trimming and manufacturing for the customer facing retail operations by providing a high level of customer service and community engagement. This role will also maintain and develop processes for compliance, business administration and new business development.

Location:  Kilcoy

ABOUT YOU

• Provide excellent customer services by using superior product knowledge and sales skills
• Educate customers on different selection and types of poultry, pork, and beef to help them decide what to purchase
• Proven sales and retail experience with a genuine passion for meat and meat products
• Ensure the in-store experience is pleasurable and upholding highest standards
• Ability to foster and maintain strong and trusted relationships with team members, customers, and the wider community
• Service existing and future B2B customers using delivery vehicle
• Consistently following company Policies & Procedures, including uniform standards to uphold our brand image.
• Perform duties to comply with health and safety regulations, such as sanitation standards and maintaining proper temperatures

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

You will bring with you:

• Butcher Qualification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Minimum 3 years retail experience
• Sales experience
• Leadership experience
• Strong work ethic
• Current driver’s license
• Working rights in Australia
