THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions Bells Creek

ABOUT THE ROLE

Perform operational maintenance planning and scheduling, inventory control and parts and service procurement for Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions ensuring the efficient supply maintenance equipment and materials to enable the delivery of business outcomes as a result of minimal downtime due to maintenance related issues.

This position requires:

  • Maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Inventory Control of the maintenance store
  • Part and services procurement
  • Operational stock purchasing activities for the efficient supply of maintenance spare parts, equipment and materials to enable the delivery of business outcomes as a result of minimal downtime due to maintenance related issues.
  • Participate in meetings and forums internally and externally in relation to Maintenance Purchasing functions
  • Liaise with site contractors conducting business on site as directed by the Engineering Manager
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the organisation to ensure seamless supply of maintenance spare parts, equipment and materials
  • Ensure that purchasing costs are minimised and daily updates are done and sent to manager
  • Ensure registers are maintained

 

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years related work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve under pressure and within strict deadlines
  • Ability to plan, organise and control activities
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the organisation to ensure seamless supply of maintenance spare parts, equipment and material
  • Unlimited working rights within Australia
