THE OPPORTUNITY

Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions (KCS) is seeking a Systems Coordinator to manage factory systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting new product creation. This role is responsible for label data management, ERP system support, and driving process efficiency.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in setting up new products in factory systems, including cost of conversion data.
  • Ensure label data updates are accurately implemented in production labelling systems.
  • Work with commercial and quality teams to confirm production floor output aligns with approved data.
  • Provide training and guidance to new ERP system users.
  • Identify and escalate necessary system changes or data errors promptly.
  • Drive accountability and process changes to enhance system efficiency.
  • Support label setup, test printing, and ensure accurate label production as per product requirements.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience with ERP systems and production data management. 
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with commercial, quality and production teams.
  • Technical skills in label design and printing software.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
