Your future in food starts here | Warehouse Administrator | Gold Day Shift

THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: Kilcoy

This role assists in the planning and organisation of warehousing and distribution programs to meet current and future loadout schedules.

 

About the role

  • Preparing and compiling dispatch documentation
  • Timely completion of Meat Transfer Certificates (MTC’s) & Seal books (Australian Government Issued)
  • Maintain and enter daily manning requirements, attendance and payroll assistance
  • Efficient and accurate data entry into Microsoft AX
  • Work with the Supervisors to ensure all compliance requirements are completed on time.
  • Ensure an efficient and professional flow of information to all internal and external stakeholders 

 

ROSTER

Day Shift - 4am to 4pm | 7 Day (Green) Roster - 4 on 4 off, then 3 on 3 off.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in Warehouse/Logistics environment (highly regarded)
  • High level computer skills in Excel, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communicator, and a team player
  • Experience working with Microsoft AX (highly desirable)
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Unlimited working rights within Australia
  • Own transport or reliable means of getting to work 
  • Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever.
