ABOUT THE ROLE

Partner with the Supply Chain Team to drive business performance by ensuring timely accurate reporting, insight generation and analysis to aid operational and strategic decisions whilst ensuring effective financial stewardship.

Location: Epping, Victoria

• Complete the monthly finance management accruals, reports & commentaries for KGF AU own warehouses (ie Epping) & KGF AU selling costs
• Complete relevant allocated balance sheet reconciliations monthly
• Verify all selling and Epping related invoices for accuracy against contracts
• Partner in delivery of key planning processes (forecast, budget, strategic plan), including clear Analysis of Change (AOC), for selling & supply chain costs
• Provide transparency and understanding through clear analysis and insight generation which is shared with the business
• Maintain logistic rate cards to facilitate margin management by sales & supply teams
• Prepare financial analysis and ad-hoc reports to enable proactive decision-making processes
• Manage annual stock take processes at all sites and ensure regular cycle counts are performed
• Ensure stock write off processes are controlled, and journals are timely processed
• Support tender processes, as required
• Support sustainability initiatives and provide required reporting
• Drive continuous improvement with focus on leveraging IT system capabilities

ABOUT YOU

You will bring with you: 

• Highly developed time management, organisational, multitasking and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, displaying flexibly to meet changing needs, priorities, and deadlines
• A team player who builds effective internal relationships
• Competent data entry skills and proven experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Microsoft AX/365 and Power BI experience desirable

Qualifications required:

• 5 years’ plus experience in a similar role
• Qualification in Accountancy or related business discipline
• CPA or CA qualification
• Intermediate knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards
