THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: Birtinya, Sunshine Coast

To deliver the Accounts Receivable function, contributing to the achievement of overall business outcomes. 

YOUR RESPONSILBITIES

• Daily identifying receipts from the bank statements.
• Daily allocations to correct customer’s accounts.
• Daily reviewing o/s amounts.
• Daily communication with customers re payment.
• Daily advice to the business re accounts blocked.
• Daily processing invoices and credit notes.
• Daily completion of reconciliation of debtor's statements.
• Weekly issuing statements.
• Perform general AR operational tasks, including setting up accounts.

ABOUT YOU

You will have:

• Experience with Accounts Receivable process.
• Skills in Excel essential
• Experience in an accounting package or ERP.
• An excellent phone manner and a passion for customer service.
• High level communication and interpersonal skills.
• An ability to successfully work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Solutions focused and ability to follow through.
• A flexible, driven, and motivated personality.
