THE OPPORTUNITY

Provide professional, timely and seamless front-line support to the People & Culture Manager and operations team.

Location: Kyneton, Victoria

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Support operational HR activities, change initiatives and employee engagement
  • Provide professional, timely and seamless front-line support for transactional HR Activities (absentee management, transfer requests, exit interviews, etc).
  • Support production supervisors in the close out of low-level disciplinary matters.
  • Provide timely accurate reporting to support HR Business Partner team to support in providing data insights to support operational decisions (Manning report, employee movements report, terminations report, training compliance).
  • Support Managers with internal queries regarding HR policies/practices/procedures/legislation.
  • Provide administrative support for HR matters, as required.
  • Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, Health & Wellbeing and Payroll departments to support business performance.
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction of new team members.

 

Experience / Qualifications Required

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in fast paced customer service and administrative position
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management
  • Good internal and external stakeholder management
  • Able to display empathy, good conflict resolution
  • Interest in further development in Human Resources
  • Tertiary HR qualifications are preferred
