THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Loadout Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the loadout facility within our processing plant.

Location: Kyneton, Victoria

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor a team in a high-volume cold storage environment
• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Execute and oversee loadout processes
• Maintain readiness for Tier 2 audits
• Ensure compliance with meat safety and food handling regulations
• Operate and oversee use of forklifts, and other loadout equipment
• Ensure team is trained, licensed, and capable of using all required equipment
• coordinate inventory management, product flow, and loadout scheduling.

• A team player willing to assist others in times of increased workload
• Fit and capable of manual handling up to 25kg.
• Professionalism that ensures confidentiality and discretion in the work environment
• Pre-employment medical check including Drug & Alcohol testing and a Police check will be required as part of the recruitment process.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Valid HR & MC Truck License is essential
• Forklift license and extensive hands-on experience
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in cold storage or the meat industry
• Strong understanding of meat safety, loadout execution, and RF technologies
• Proficient in computer systems including inventory software, Microsoft Office, and RF tools
• Demonstrated experience in pick/pack order processes and strategic scheduling
• Sound knowledge of Tier 2 compliance requirements within the meat industry
