ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: Kyneton, Victoria

As facilities & Dry Stores Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading cost effective service activities across all shifts and rosters, meeting organisational targets, and producing quality outcomes that emphasise workplace health and safety, food/hygiene safety and adherence to Department of Agriculture and other required legislative compliance. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning, leading and coordination of Dry Storage teams and deliverables
  • Implementing waste management and stock control strategies to optimise service
  • Developing and maintaining delivery schedules
  • Workforce planning for current and future business objectives
  • Daily planning and coordination to meet manning requirement
  • Deliver to budget, consistently reviewing and analysing relevant data to respond to potential and real barriers to meeting budget target

 

ABOUT YOU

Experience Required

  • Store Coordination experience
  • Service delivery experience
  • Sound knowledge of transport and logistics
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and experience with AX Dynamics desirable
  • People management/leadership
  • Knowledge of WHS requirements and forklift operation
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Results and solutions driven
  •
