THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: Kilcoy

This is a rare opportunity to join our HR team, in the Employee wellbeing space. The Health Centre Coordinator is the first point of contact for KGF employees as you will be the primary first aide officer and the front-line coordinator of the company’s workplace rehabilitation programs.

This position provides a dynamic service through the administrative and health support for the operational teams and is the central contact for Production communications. 

 

THE ROSTER

  • Monday to Friday
  • 12:00pm - 8:00pm

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide and coordinate first-aid treatment as the initial responder to workplace injuries.
  • Escalate care by liaising with health professionals and emergency services when injuries require more than basic first aid.
  • Maintain efficient and professional communication from the Help Centre, both internally and externally.
  • Proactively update Supervisors and Managers on injured workers’ status and absenteeism.
  • Collaborate with internal staff and external providers to manage treatment plans, WorkCover, and Suitable Duties Programs.
  • Accurately document activities and relevant information in business systems such as Kronos and DoneSafe.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certified in Occupational First Aid
  • Demonstrated resilience in dynamic and high-pressure environments
  • Effective collaborator and dependable team player
