THE OPPORTUNITY

Kilcoy Global Foods Cold Storage Facility (KGF) is seeking a Warehouse Administration Officer (Night Shift) to provide efficient administrative support to the warehouse dispatch department. This includes (but is not limited to) receiving, issuing, and dispatching stock, and handling communication between internal and external stakeholders.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing and compiling dispatch documentation
  • Timely completion of Meat Transfer Certificates (MTC’s) & Seal books (Australian Government Issued)
  • Efficient and accurate data entry 
  • Work with the Supervisors to ensure all compliance requirements are completed on time.
  • Ensure an efficient and professional flow of information to all internal and external stakeholders

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience within a coldstores and/or logistics environment would be highly regarded.
  • Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Competent data entry skills and proven experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook & Word
  • Team player with organizational skills to prioritise multiple tasks to achieve deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, displaying flexibly to meet changing needs, priorities, and deadlines
  • A team player who builds effective internal relationships
  • Police check will be required as part of the recruitment process (KGF to organise)
