THE OPPORTUNITY

LOCATION - Kyneton

We are looking for a Training Coordinator at Kilcoy Global Foods (KGF) to work in our Human Resources department. This is a new role that will work on the design and coordination of learning initiatives for our workforce. This is a Monday to Friday position and will be based at our facility in Kyneton. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with leaders and managers to understand challenges and opportunities that deliver solutions that will drive a high-performance culture.
  • Support a culture of performance and accountability by partnering with supervisors and managers on performance and development of employee providing support, guidance, and direction to employees in seeking HR support and/or escalation to Manager where required.
  • Support the implementation of proactive training strategies and solutions across the business.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment or similar.
  • 2+ years as HR Coordinator or administration experience.
  • Track record in influencing and driving change.
  • Able to display excellent judgement, drive, and initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Proven collaborative, customer focus that develops practical solutions.
  • Knowledge of Workcover and RTW processes.
