We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Group Executive Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to the Group CEO, President – Australia Division, and Members of the Australian Leadership Team (ALT). This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting senior executives and playing a key role in ensuring seamless operations across the business.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
Comprehensive calendar management for the Group CEO and President – Australia Division
Providing administrative support for Group CEO Director-related tasks both internally and externally
Coordinating interstate and international travel for executives and broader KGF employees
Monthly expense reconciliation for executives
Organising and managing meetings, including preparation and distribution of agendas, presentations, action items, and minutes
Tracking and monitoring action items from meetings and workshops
Supporting the preparation and delivery of team presentations
Coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and workshops, including venue bookings, travel, and catering
Managing corporate leases and overseeing head office administration
Leading and supporting special projects as required
About You
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
Proven experience in a similar executive support role
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior stakeholders
High attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent organisational skills
The ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet strict deadlines
Exceptional computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Professional interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise across all levels of the organisation
