About the Role

Provide high level executive support and administrative direction to the General Manager and Operations Team.

Location: Kyneton, Victoria

 

Your day-to-day impact:

  • Create and maintain internal administration and system processes eg. IT, business portal, HR checklists, approvals, security,
  • Calendar and inbox management
  • Monthly expense reconciliation
  • Assist with onboarding of new team members.
  • Coordinate meetings internally and externally including preparation and distribution of agendas, presentations, action items and notes.
  • Follow up and monitoring of any action items from meetings and workshops.
  • Meeting, event and workshop logistics including booking venues and organising catering.
  • Assist with preparation of monthly Operation Team meetings, presentation and reporting.
  • Fleet Management for Livestock Buyers and other operational vehicles.

 

You bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • High attention to detail, be self-motivated, outcome driven, show initiative, and can prioritise your workload.
  • Exceptional computer literacy, with demonstrated experience in the Microsoft Office packages- Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • High-level and professional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
