We have an opening for a Part time Livestock Coordinator | Working Days onsite Monday & Friday 7am-4pm

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and ensure smooth running of day-to-day processing, with a strong focus on data integrity
    and legislative compliance.
  • Identifying and actioning any shortfalls that occur within the broader livestock team
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement, legislative compliance and relationship management.
  • Generate accurate feedback and invoice purchase orders efficiently.


ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the following experience and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in, or a passion for the Beef Industry
  • Commitment to processes and appropriate legislation
  • Strong personal values including integrity and respect
  • Display a willingness to learn and interest in continual personal and professional development
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of work
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills essential 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills with an ability to work autonomously, under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to demonstrate initiative and contribute to team performance.
