About the Role
Location: Kyneton
As the Safety Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Work Health and Safety (WHS) function at our Kyneton Facility and influencing the overall WHS culture for the organisation. You will also help delivery and coordinate the WHS Management System (WHSMS) and activities that underpin it to lead business decisions and have a direct impact on business outcomes through employee safety and well-being.
About You
You will have experience working within the WHS field and possess a high degree of knowledge around the Work Health and Safety Act 2011. You will also have experience working within a complex work environment, with high-risk activities with a lot of moving parts. You will have exceptional negotiation skills, combined with high level communication that allows you to deal and influencing within a business environment, at all levels and with a variety of key stakeholders.
