Location: Birtinya (Sunshine Coast) or Kyneton (Victoria)
We're looking for a National Employee Relations Manager to lead our enterprise bargaining strategy and employee consultation across our manufacturing sites around Australia. You'll be the go-to person for all things industrial relations—making sure we follow the rules while also engaging with our teams in a way that supports the business and creates a great place to work.
What you'll focus on:
Industrial relations and making sure we stay compliant
Employee Relations and Workplace Culture
Reporting and providing useful insights
You're someone who’s experienced, confident, and ready to step into a national role. Here's what we’re looking for:
A degree in HR, IR, Law, Business or something similar
HR qualifications (bonus points if you're an AHRI member)
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, the Fair Work Act, and Modern Awards
A good understanding of manufacturing environments and safety standards
7–10 years of experience in employee/industrial relations or senior HR roles
Experience across multiple manufacturing sites in different states
Skilled in handling workplace investigations, disputes, and grievances
Comfortable leading enterprise bargaining and union negotiations
You’ve coached and supported HR teams and business partners
You've worked on company-wide policy rollouts
Experience in change management (like mergers or acquisitions) is a big plus
