Your future in food starts here | Boiler Operator 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Boiler Operator to join the team at our Kilcoy facility for day shift 6am-5pm, in the By Products Department. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the Rendering Department
  • Operate and monitor coal fuelled Boiler/s through the use of computerised systems
  • Observe steam and pressure levels through the use of computerised monitoring systems

 

ROSTER 

  • Day Shift 6am - 5pm
  • Lifestyle Roster - 4 days on, 5 days off then 5 days on, 4 days off.

ABOUT YOU

  • Boiler licence and/or mechanical experience (highly desirable)
  • Forklift licence an advantage
  • Intermediate computer skills (able to interpret readings/levels on a computer)
  • Unlimited working rights within Australia
  • Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Own transport or reliable means of getting to work 
  • Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever.
