ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re growing — and we’re excited to welcome a Training Coordinator to our People and Culture team at Kilcoy Global Foods (KGF)!

This brand-new role is all about shaping the learning experience across our business — designing, coordinating and rolling out training initiatives that help our people thrive.

It’s a full-time, Monday to Friday position based at our Kyneton facility.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Partner with leaders to identify training needs and managing the compliance requirements across different areas of the site.
  • Manage training records, reporting, organising training and proactively identifying future needs.
  • Support tutors operating within the site to ensure the right training is being delivered to a high standard.
  • Ensuring all training requirements are met across the site.

ABOUT YOU

  • Passionate about learning and development and the impact you can have
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, planning and analytical skills
  • Have worked in a regulated environment – potentially within the food industry, safety or other industry with strong compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of skills tracking, records management and reporting.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Confident influencing others and driving change.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a HR administration or coordinator role
  • Strong Microsoft skills and comfortable working with technology
