THE OPPORTUNITY

Oversee and manage the production process in our Kill Floor, ensuring customer specifications are met, whilst safely leading production staff to achieve optimum yields, cost & productivity effectiveness.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Production management experience, preferably supported by previous hands-on floor level experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and leadership of OHS requirements, HACCAP and QA procedures
  • Solutions focus and consistent ability to follow through
  • Resource coordination that is flexible and efficient to deliver production requirements
  • An ability to develop and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach to communication with all stakeholders
  • Highly developed and effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong sense of accountability and responsibility as well as a commitment to company values and the organization
  • High motivation and enthusiasm
  • Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
