ABOUT THE ROLE
 
Location: Lance Creek
 
This role will see you supervise and lead cost effective Warehousing and dispatch activities across your team that meet organisational targets and produce quality outcomes, whilst emphasising workplace health and safety, food/hygiene safety, Department of Agriculture, and other required legislative compliance. 
 
ABOUT YOU
 
You will have experience with loading schedules, along with skills experience in planning, leading and coordination shifts and rosters within a warehouse environment.  Communication will be one of your key strengths, along with your knowledge of WHS requirements and people management. You will also have experience working within a warehouse computer system.
The ideal candidate will be:
  • Flexible on working hours to suit operational needs
  • Have FMCG and Warehouse experience
  • Ability to develop and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Tech savvy (Microsoft Suite)
  • Experience with Warehouse Management System Software
  • Good communication skills – liaison between the employees and managers
  • Logical thinking and sound problem-solving skills which develop robust solutions in challenging situations
  • Proven organisational skills and time management to prioritise effectively and ensure efficiency of stock movement at all times
  • Ability to work in a chilled/frozen environment
