THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: Kilcoy

We are looking for a Facility Site Coordinator who is able to direct the flow of traffic and people through our Operation Hubs at Kilcoy.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring all traffic flow and maintain order during high flow times.
  • Monitor and review of the surveillance systems.
  • Patrolling of the facilities. 
  • Be the emergency response coordinator for Emergency Services.
  • Handle livestock trucks and relevant paperwork.
  • Unlock/ lock gates.
  • Raise and lower flags.

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

You will bring with you:

  • Proven background in customer service
  • Previous experience within the reporting and recording of safety incidents.
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels and people from both Australia and Overseas
  • Follow and identify WHS processes and or issues.
  • Current Drivers licence
  • Sound computer skills
  • Ability to be able to work under pressure and handle more than one thing at one time.
