ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join the Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions team at our Bells Creek facility.

This role is responsible for managing and optimising warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, streamlined processes, and accurate order fulfilment. You will coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, maintain safety compliance, support warehouse administration, and drive best practices to improve productivity and efficiency.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to support production and order timelines.
  • Maintain accurate inventory management using WMS and reporting tools.
  • Ensure all warehouse documentation meets compliance and operational standards.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce handling time, and improve workflow.
  • Promote and enforce Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards across the team.
  • Support warehouse administration and provide operational coverage where required.
  • Use data insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch processes.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and reporting tools.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) and confidence working in a warehouse environment.
  • First Aid / Fire Warden training (or willingness to obtain) is highly regarded.
