THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: Bells Creek, Caloundra 

This position plays a key role in warehouse operations by overseeing documentation, systems, and communication for inbound and outbound loads, ensuring efficient truck turnaround times and accurate processing of all records.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Play a key role in coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring inbound and outbound loads run smoothly.
• Manage load-out planning, adjusting in real time to maintain efficiency and meet operational demands.
• Act as the central point of communication between warehouse, QA, transport, and drivers.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all shipment documentation, including load sheets, delivery dockets, and MTCs.
• Monitor pallet movements, investigate discrepancies, and maintain asset control processes.
• Support compliance by maintaining traceability, audit readiness, and adherence to QA and customer standards.
• Contribute to daily operational reporting and identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and efficiency.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics administration role (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy across documentation and systems.
• Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with teams, drivers, and stakeholders.
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing operational needs.
• Proactive problem-solver who can identify issues early and take ownership through to resolution.
• Experience with warehouse or ERP systems (e.g. D365 or similar).
• A team player who contributes to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
