THE OPPORTUNITY

This role will see you coach the Export Documentation team to ensure all documentation is compliant in line with country and Customer requirement and flagging issues of non-compliance. You will also be giving instructions, providing direction, and guiding the team to meet the set targets, while ensuring the team have continuous training plans in place.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Working within the existing Export Documentation Team, you will have experience:

  • Giving instructions, providing direction, and guiding a team to meet the set targets.
  • Allocate orders each day on the load plan for following day.
  • Responsible for providing clear SOP’s.
  • Responsible for providing clear WI for sea and airfreight.
  • Working with Documentation Manager set KPI’s for team.
  • Providing a monthly amendment report (RFP, Bills, COO) for Export Documentation Manager.
  • BSM – future state, provide improvements in controls and efficiency.
  • Ensuring team have continuous training plans, train team members and succession planning.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Customer Service team.
  • Completing Documentation.

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

You will have:

  • Export Documentation experience.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Be able to complete tasks within set time frames.
  • Have exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
  • Previous experience in a high-volume customer service support role
