THE OPPORTUNITY

About the role

Location: Birtinya or Kilcoy

To ensure all Pre-Shipment Documentation is compliant in line with Department of Agriculture, Port’s and Shipping Lines requirements to allow export of orders. Ensuring export orders are correct before the post shipment documentation starts to enable accurate and on time completion of export documentation. The role extends to KGF Group encompassing southern sites set up. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Your day will include:

• Pre-Shipment validation of orders
• Engagement with Customer Service team to ensure customer profiles/templates and orders are correct.
• Responsible for RFP and Health Certificate, creation, and validation
• Responsible for any Department audits on RFP’s processes
• Responsible for ensuring COA- EColi 0157:H7 & STEC7
• Ensuring team have continuous training plans,  train team members and succession planning
• Ensuring compliance on export containers as per MICOR
• Responsible for providing clear SOP’s
• Working with Documentation Manager set KPI’s for team
• Responsible for flagging issues of non-compliance.
• Lead role within Air and FOB shipments.
• BSM – future state, provide improvements in controls and efficiency.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Export Documentation experience.
• Ability to multitask.
• Be able to complete tasks within set time frames.
• Have exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
• Previous experience in a high-volume customer service support role
