About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated employee who is interested in an opportunity within the Finance Team as the Finance Analyst | Operations based at Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions, Bells Creek. You will partner with Operations and the broader Finance teams to drive performance and optimise costs.  This is achieved via the provision of meaningful and timely reporting and analytics, cost and process management and supporting continuous improvement programmes.

YOUR RESPONSILBITIES

• Provide timely and accurate Operational & Financial reporting to aid understanding of business performance and decision making (daily, weekly and monthly reports)
• Support the Data Driven Organisation programme through systemisation and optimisation of Operational reports
• Support in Cost of Conversion reporting and analysis bringing deeper understanding of performance drivers
• Perform adhoc product costing to support NPD and general product analysis
• Support plant continuous improvement programmes through timely and accurate reporting & analysis
• Perform monthly cost centre reviews with cost centre owners ensuring understanding cost drivers and supporting in delivery of budget
• As required, support in the delivery of core financial reporting & processes (eg: month end, planning & budgeting) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of delivery
• Support Accounting & Control team with plant-based reporting, processes, and analysis (eg: inventory management & stocktakes, Capex, PO management, waste, utilities
