THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Birtinya. This exciting opportunity will see you play a fundamental role in the business, supporting the onboarding of new customers, processing and entering orders, and troubleshooting logistical issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.  Other responsibilities include:

• Providing phone and email customer support
• Highlight customer concerns, common product issues and other repeated queries to management to ensure proactive actions are put in place
• Detailed focus on customer supply chain complexities and to enable superior customer experiences
• Support the evolution of processes and systems to minimise ‘offline’ planning activities for business continuity purposes
• Educate, empower, and inspire our customers about our brands and products
• Create and update shipping orders, sales order amendments, stock availability and specifications
• Data entry
• Keep a breadth of future products and promote them, when possible, to customers
• Identify potential sales opportunities in liaison with the sales team 

ABOUT YOU

You will bring:

• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service experience 
• Administration experience – fast and accurate data entry skills in ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous)
• Forward thinking and able to seek solutions for our customers
• Ability to understand business needs from both a financial and operational perspective

Experience / Qualifications Required

• 2+ years customer service experience
• Exposure to account management preferred
• Proficient analytical skills
• Experience with planning tools
