Position Available:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Farm Operator for an ongoing full-time role. 

About the role:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Operate tractors and farm machinery to complete daily agricultural tasks.
  • Assist with hay production, including cutting, baling, and handling hay.
  • Perform general farm duties and maintain farm equipment and facilities.
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with management and co-workers to complete assigned tasks.
  • Follow Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

 

About You:

  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in hay production and related agricultural activities.
  • Previous farming experience, with a practical understanding of general farm operations and operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
