Are you an experienced farm hand with strong tractor operating skills and a passion for hay production? We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Hay Production Operator to join our team at Kilcoy. This role is ideal for someone with practical farming experience who takes pride in their work, operates machinery safely and is committed to producing quality hay while maintaining high environmental and workplace safety standards.
Working alongside the Farm Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our onsite farms, helping maximise productivity, profitability and hay quality.
