THE ROLE:

Supports the Group Senior Vice President Red Meat Solutions and the Sales & Marketing Team to ensure team members have the tools and resources to successfully achieve their objectives. This is a cross-functional role with various administrative, project management and sales support. The ideal candidate will be solution and result orientated with a passion to drive the success of the team and initiate relationships with all stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executive Assistant

• Assist with onboarding of new team members.
• Travel coordination for team executives both interstate and international.
• Calendar and inbox management for Group Senior Vice President Red Meat Solutions.
• Monthly expense reconciliation for Group Senior Vice President Red Meat Solutions.
• Coordinate meetings internally and externally including preparation and distribution of agendas, presentations, action items and notes.
• Follow up and monitoring of any action items from meetings and workshops.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of Sales & Marketing related presentations.
• Meeting, event and workshop logistics.
• Assist with preparation of monthly SLT meeting presentation and reporting.
• Coordination of quarterly MBR meeting presentation and reporting.
• Note taking, preparation and distribution.

Program support and administration

• Coordination of the Sales Team Program of Work.
• Assist with Project Schedule preparation and monitoring.
• Assist with preparation of monthly Project Status updates.
• Assist with alignment within Sales & Marketing and externally across the business.
• Identification and escalation of any risks and issues.
• Assist with implementation of new systems, processes and procedures including change management.
• Assist with coordination of special projects.

Sales Team Support

• Assist with gap, business and solutions analysis of talent, skills and resources within the Sales & Marketing Team including drafting of any supporting documentation and recommendations.
• Assist with developing and maintaining Sales & Marketing Team success profiles.

ABOUT YOU:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the following experience and qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Industry exposure to sales and marketing will be highly regarded
• Exceptional computer literacy, with demonstrated experience in CRMs, Microsoft Teams, digital platforms and Microsoft Office packages- Word, Excel and Outlook
• High attention to detail, be self-motivated, outcome driven, show initiative, and can prioritise your workload
• High-level interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and to very strict deadlines
