Come and join the ICT Team of a Leading Global Beef Producer, supporting a fast-paced Production environment. We are looking for an experienced Level 1/2 Help Desk support officer to join our IT Service Delivery Team based in Kilcoy. This is a full-time position, working 12 hour shifts on a team roster which includes weekends, with shifts that start at 4am/4pm. We are looking for someone who is flexible with hours and days as you will be required to work overtime.
Providing frontline support in a fast-paced environment, you will be responding to, following up and resolving technical issues that end users encounter. You will be providing remote and face to face 1st and 2nd level support across Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop hardware, network troubleshooting, production hardware and business applications.
You have in-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, and appropriate software applications and a passion for all things IT! Your real flair lies in your ability to communicate with all levels of users both remotely and face to face and being a true team colleague, whose energy and enthusiasm inspires others.
