Kilcoy Global Foods has an opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our export documentation team based at our Birtinya Corporate Office. The position will be responsible (but not limited to) the preparation of all relevant export documentation (Sea and Air), engagement with customers and internal stakeholders. The team will be going through an exciting period of change this year and we are looking for people to help us on this journey. Whilst previous experience is preferred we are open to inviting people who have strong process knowledge/experience and are able adapt quickly to change. This is a 6-month fixed term contract with possible extension based on performance in the role.



To succeed in this role, you will bring the following experience

  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and email)
  • Experience in process improvement, influencing change – big or small.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Export Docs systems
  • Ability to creating strong working relationships with all stakeholders and adapt to change.
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain/ Logistics (preferred)
