We are seeking experienced Quality Assurance Officers to to join our team and ensure the consistent delivery of quality products to KGF customers. The successful candidate will support the operational teams by assisting  the business achieve its operational and strategic goals through monitoring effective QA practices identifying and providing  corrective actions as required.


Key Responsibilities : include (but not limited to);

  • Ensure operations conform to food safety regulations and Quality Systems requirements though partnering with Production 
  • Document control and report on the non-conformance and Corrective Action Requirements (CAR's) within the parameters of the Quality Management System
  • Support and implement key food safety requirements and quality outcomes
  • Undertake quality internal audits, HACCP enquiries, and respond to any customer complaints
  • Ensure all staff are aware and comply with the necessary requirements of our Quality Management Systems

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience as a Quality Officer in regulatory, compliance or associated areas preferably in FMCG manufacturing
  • Qualifications in HACCP and Quality Management
  • Experience of AusMeat and Halal certification highly regarded
  • A strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Commitment to company values
  • Good PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Highly developed and effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, initiative, time management and follow through
