Accounts Receivable Officer - 12 month contract

We are looking for an experienced full function Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team for a 12 month contract role.

This is a great opportunity to work for a dynamic business in a Corporate Office located on the Sunshine Coast in Birtinya. You will be doing:

  • End to end Accounts Receivable function
  • Following up of overdue accounts
  • Maintaining debtors’ ledger
  • Preparation and distribution of Domestic and International customer invoices
  • Processing invoices and receipts of staff sales
  • Processing credit notes
  • Processing weekly/monthly banking transactions
  • Liaising with internal departments regularly
  • Assisting with month-end reporting process
  • General ad-hoc finance and administration tasks


You will have:

  • Experience with full Accounts Receivable process
  • Experience in an accounting package or ERP
  • An excellent phone manner and a passion for customer service
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to successfully work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Solutions focused and ability to follow through
  • A flexible, driven, and motivated personality
